For this project in Graphic Design 3 at GTCC, I was tasked with developing a full brand identity for a fictional client created through AI-assisted brainstorming. The process focused on using AI as a tool to spark ideas while ensuring creativity and design direction came from my own hand. The project began with a custom client brief and questionnaire that I designed and branded as if I were working as a freelance agency. This document included research, brand goals, and client background information to guide the design process. From there, I explored logo concepts by sketching a dozen initial ideas by hand, later refining six vectorized variations to present to the “client.” Using feedback, I finalized the primary logo design and delivered it on a clean, professional artboard. To extend the brand identity, I created a moodboard/brandboard to define the visual tone, including type choices, color palette, and imagery. I then applied these elements across six unique business card layouts and additional branded collateral. For Trail Mix – Camping Essentials, I designed a camping essentials catalog-style booklet as the extra collateral piece, reinforcing the brand’s rugged, outdoors-inspired identity. This project encompassed the full branding workflow—research and strategy, concept sketching, digital refinement, identity design, and application across multiple branded materials.
